  • 500g mince meat
  • 1 brown onion 1
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 packet chicken noodle soup

Directions

  1. Chop onion
  2. Mix all ingredients together
  3. Divide into 6 balls and roll and cover in plain flour
  4. Flatten and pat firm
  5. Cook in fry pan over medium heat for 10 minutes turning over after 6 mins
  6. Serve in hamburger buns, or as side dish
