Ingredients

  • 1 cup of rice
  • 1 cup of peas
  • 1 cup of corn
  • 1x 45g Continental Chicken Noodle Soup
  • 4 rashes of bacon
  • 3 eggs

Directions

  1. Cook rice
  2. Whisk eggs.
    1. Pour into non-stick frypan
    2. Spread evenly to create an omelette
  3. While eggs are cooking, dice bacon
  4. Once egg is firm, remove from frypan, and replace with diced bacon 1
  5. While bacon is frying, slice egg.
  6. Once bacon & rice is ready, drain rice, and add to frypan, along with egg, chicken noodle soup, peas and corn
  7. Cook in frypan on low heat with lid for 15 minutes.
  8. Serve with Soy sauce
