Ingredients

- 1 cup of rice
- 1 cup of peas
- 1 cup of corn
- 1x 45g Continental Chicken Noodle Soup
- 4 rashes of bacon
- 3 eggs
Directions
- Cook rice
- Whisk eggs.
- Pour into non-stick frypan
- Spread evenly to create an omelette
- While eggs are cooking, dice bacon
- Once egg is firm, remove from frypan, and replace with diced bacon 1
- While bacon is frying, slice egg.
- Once bacon & rice is ready, drain rice, and add to frypan, along with egg, chicken noodle soup, peas and corn
- Cook in frypan on low heat with lid for 15 minutes.
- Serve with Soy sauce
